Are you an experienced professional in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions, looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Senior Managed Services Consultant to join our dynamic team!
About the role
As a Senior Managed Services Consultant, you will play a key role in providing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our clients' CPM applications. You will also contribute to internal process improvements, mentor junior team members, and ensure customer service excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and resolve support incidents related to customer applications demonstrating “best practice” approach and following SLA escalation protocols.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as build, load, testing and validation of application changes
- Troubleshoot technical platform issues and liaise with clients and software vendors
- Act as a lead to junior team members and share the capacity for mentoring.
- Assist in reporting on key performance metrics and client support trends to help identify areas of opportunity
- Assist with maintaining and improving internal process documentation and client communication
Required skills & experience:
- 2-3 years+ experience in CPM software administration, support, or consultancy
- Expertise in Oracle Hyperion and/or OneStream CPM solutions
- Strong SQL knowledge and programming experience (VB.NET, VB Script, Python)
- Experience troubleshooting cloud and on-premise CPM technologies
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service desk standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Education & certifications:
- Degree in Business, Finance, IT, Mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- Oracle Hyperion / OneStream certifications (preferred but not essential)
